The President of the U.S. Dairy Export Council calls the recent reduction of Chinese cheese tariffs a step in the right direction. Tom Vilsack says, “It’s a six-year effort on the part of a lot of folks including the U.S. Dairy Council team. Tom Suber and his team articulated this for six years and we continued it, and finally, the Chinese decided to open the door.”
