The third “tax bill” is the one to watch

With the GOP Senate win on tax reform, we’re about half way to the finish line. There still must be a meeting of the minds among House-Senate conference committee members, and once that convergence is attained, each chamber must vote to approve the final package, and the president must then put pen to paper to make the final product the law of the land.
Watching the Republican tax cuts/reform bill evolve is very much like watching a Farm Bill evolve.
