Upper Midwest dairy farmers are looking for solutions as milk supplies continue to run ahead of capacity.

Minnesota Milk executive director Lucas Sjostrum says processing is the number one topic at this year’s Dairy Conference and Expo at Treasure Island Casino near Red Wing.

“We’re telling our farmers to make sure they know what their terms are with whoever they are shipping milk to.  Make sure if you’re expanding, you know what those terms are.
