Direct cash cattle trade has been fairly quiet with just a few scattered bids noted. Asking prices are around $121.00 plus in the South and $192 to $195 in the North with bids reported at $117.00 to $118 live and $188 dressed. With the lack of action on today’s Fed Cattle Exchange – don’t look for it to spark any increased buying activity. Significant trade looks to be delayed until later in the week.
