2017 Census of Agriculture has begun

The USDA’s 2017 Census of Agriculture is underway.
The department is mailing the survey to more than 3 million producers, covering farm operations that sold, produced, or normally would have sold or produced more than $1,000 of agricultural products this year. The deadline for responses is February 5th, 2018.
The Census of Agriculture started in 1840 and is conducted every five years.
