The Arkansas Department of Agriculture has announced dates in December that changes to dicamba regulations will be reviewed.
On December 5th, the Arkansas House and Senate Ag Committees will review increased civil penalties for egregious violations of dicamba herbicide application.
December 12th, a subcommittee of the Arkansas Legislative Council will provide final review of the changes. Also, the Arkansas Plant Board will host a public hearing and board meeting that day to consider clarifying the board’s ability to request more information before a pesticide is registered for use in the state of Arkansas.
