The 2017 Minnesota corn harvest will likely conclude about nine days behind normal.
In its final crop update of the season, the USDA shows just four percent of the acreage remains, with farmers taking advantage of mild weather the latter half of November.
Corn moisture content continues to average 18 percent.
Minnesota farmers are also baling corn stalks, spreading fertilizer, and finishing fall tillage as weather allows.
