Market watcher John Roach, the founder of Roach Ag Marketing, says the world has been lucky to get high yields even though they’ve resulted in soft commodity markets. In spite of that, Roach’s outlook is “bright.” Roach says overproduction is the reason for current low commodity prices, but the analyst says it’s not reason for long-term worry.
The current demand picture is suffering because of competition from other corn and soybean producing nations, but Roach sees a bright side.
