Dry conditions allowed farmers to make harvest progress this week.
According to the latest USDA Crop and Weather report, 93 percent of the corn crop and 96 percent of soybeans have been harvested.
Ninety-one percent of winter wheat is emerged and 75 percent of the crop is rated good to excellent.
Topsoil moisture is 97 percent and subsoil moisture is 93 percent adequate to surplus.
