An official with FMC Corporation says their recent acquisition of several DuPont crop protection products will be beneficial for farmers.
Mike Krall tells Brownfield, “We’re actually acquiring fifteen new active ingredients which are in early-stage from discovery forward. We also have a library we’re acquiring of one-point-eight million new compounds from the DuPont folks. We did have in our research pipeline about twelve new active ingredients.”
Krall says FMC will remain focused on crop protection and can work with any seed company.
