RFS RVOs deadline is fast approaching

RFS RVOs deadline is fast approaching

The biofuels industry is anxiously awaiting the release of the final RFS Renewable Volume Obligation (RVO) numbers for 2018.

The EPA has a November 30th statutory deadline for releasing the RVOs and EPA administrator Scott Pruitt has promised to meet that deadline.

Pruitt has also promised to back off on earlier proposals to lower some of the RVOs. Growth Energy CEO Emily Skor says she’s hopeful Pruitt stays true to his word.
