Nutrition title helps Farm Bill succeed

Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly says if it weren’t for the nutrition program the Farm Bill wouldn’t get the support it needs from non-agricultural leaders to pass.
He tells Brownfield the nutrition title, which makes up 80 percent of the Farm Bill, is a key component of the legislation.
“It is how many of our friends and neighbors are able to get a decent meal during the day and are able to make sure their children can be fed,” he says.
