The Minnesota corn harvest is nearly complete.
In its latest weekly crop progress report, the USDA says farmers took advantage of more than five days suitable for fieldwork, harvesting 11 percent of the remaining acres.
At 90 percent done, the harvest pace is 12 days behind normal.
Corn moisture content continues to hold at about 18 percent.
The Minnesota sunflower harvest is even further along, at 97 percent complete.
