Farm Bureau rallies around hope for NAFTA

Minnesota Farm Bureau members are rallying around the hope no harm is done to agriculture as the renegotiation of NAFTA continues.
Minnesota Farm Bureau president Kevin Paap says agriculture is fighting to protect the success of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
“In 20 years we’ve gained a 233 percent increase, quadrupling out trade. So this is a great thing for agriculture.”
Reinforcing the significance of NAFTA to farmers, Paap says trade between the U.S., Canada and Mexico is valued at more than $1 million dollars per minute.
