Soybeans were modestly lower on fund and technical selling. The trade is watching late U.S. harvest activity, which could wrap up in some areas within the next few days. Beans are also keeping an eye on planting conditions in South America with near term forecasts showing more rain in central Brazil, but with some longer term outlooks holding a chance for a drier pattern on parts of the continent. Weekly export numbers for soybeans and products were bearish.
