The general manager of the American Dairy Association of Indiana says the film Food Evolution was the starting point of an important conversation during a scientific advisory panel Tuesday night. After a screening of the movie, a panel including the producer of the movie and two ag leaders discussed the need for technology in agriculture.

Deb Osza says the film helps eliminate emotions and shares the science of modern farming technology, like GMOs.
