After several days of losses, dairy prices made significant gains on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Thursday.
The Class III milk futures for November were up $.24 to $16.74. December was up $.48 at $15.76. January was up $.29 to $15.17. February closed up $.28 to $15.11
Butter closed up $.0425 Thursday at $2.2225. Eighteen carloads, were sold Thursday.
Barrels were up $.05 at $1.75. One carload was sold at $1.71.
