Lori Feltis grows corn, soybeans, oats, alfalfa, and raises livestock in southeast Minnesota.
She recently visited a high school cooking class in Stewartville, a community she considers to be rural.
“But a lot of the people (in the community) have not been raised on a farm, so I feel it’s my job to teach them about what farmers do and where their food comes from.
