Dairy prices closed mostly down on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Wednesday.
The Class III milk futures for November were up $.03 to $16.50. December was down $.14 at $15.28. January was down $.16 to $14.88. February closed down $.19 to $14.83.
Butter closed down $.03 Wednesday at $2.18. Unlike Tuesday’s Twenty-two carloads, only two were sold Wednesday with one going at $2.19.
Barrels were unchanged at $1.70.
