An ag economist says corn futures have been locked into a fairly narrow trading range, even though harvest progress has been lagging behind normal across most of the Midwest.
Todd Hubbs with the University of Illinois says the December corn contract has been bouncing between $3.45 and $3.53 throughout harvest.
