The USDA reports the pace of corn export inspections as of the week ending November 2nd, 2017 remain far behind what’s needed to meet projections for the 2017/18 marketing year. Overall, export demand for U.S. corn has been impacted by increased competition from South America and Ukraine, among others.
Wheat came out at 284,293 tons, down 34,403 from the week ending October 26th and 228,100 lower than the week ending November 3rd, 2016.
