The U.S. House science committee might soon ask the federally-funded International Agency for Research on Cancer (I-ARC) how it conducts its research. That’s the UN committee that in 2015 said glyphosate probably causes cancer.
The science committee, and the subcommittee on environment, sent a letter to the director of I-ARC citing concerns about the agency’s scientific integrity alleging that I-ARC manipulated data in its review of glyphosate.
The Campaign for Accuracy in Public Health Research says it appears likely the House Science committee could soon ask I-ARC to testify.
