CHS Food Processing will again offer production contracts for Pioneer-brand Plenish high oleic soybeans to growers in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa.
2018 will be the second year of CHS contracting Plenish beans at its Fairmont, Minnesota plant.
CHS director of refined oils and proteins David Mack says farmers in the region can expect greater access to this value-added opportunity.
“The growers need to see that genetically, these beans will yield as good if not better than all their top varieties.
