Soybeans were higher on commercial and technical buying. Weekly export sales were strong, topping 72 million bushels, and there are a lot of uncertainties about planting in Brazil. Near term forecasts do have rain in dry parts of central Brazil, but recent precipitation has been lighter than expected. Conditions in Argentina generally look better, at least for now. Parts of the U.S. soybean growing region may be able to wrap up for the season within the next few days.
