A new report from RaboResearch Food and Agribusiness points to an expansion in the pork industry through 2025.
Senior Analyst Sterling Liddell says there are several factors that are contributing to the expansion – like increased carcass weights and increased pigs per female. But, if producers want to remain profitable – demand will have to keep up with production.
