The World Championship Cheese Contest entries open online November 1st.
The event is hosted by the Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association and includes 121 classes of dairy products. Last year, there were 2,959 cheese entries from 23 countries.
The Contest entry window will be open through January 30, 2018 at www.worldchampioncheese.org. Entries will be evaluated March 6-8 during the association’s convention in Madison, Wisconsin.
