The Class III milk futures are up across the board at the close of Monday’s trade on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
November is up $.12 at $16.54. December is up $.19 at $16.00. January is up $.17 to 15.70, and February jumped $.19 to $15.63.
Butter fell $.0325 closing at $2.27 per pound. One carload was sold.
On the cheese market, three carloads of barrels sold at $1.71, up half a cent from Friday.
