Amelia Hayden, a member of the Big Foot FFA Chapter in Wisconsin, has used her passion for research to find ways to to use cinnamon as a nutritional supplement to stabilize blood glucose levels in animals. Most recently she has studied how to alter the production of peanuts so people with allergies can eat them without having a reaction.
Amelia, the daughter of Claire and Edward, plans on majoring in microbiology and work in the field of epidemiology.
