
The National FFA Advisor says the FFA Organization needs to change dramatically in the next 10 years to reflect today’s agriculture.
Steve Brown says the organization needs modernized career development events, proficiency awards, leadership development programs, award programs, and degree requirements.
He says FFA is no longer none as cows, plows, and sows.
“FFA must become drones, clones and technology,” he says. “We must change to reflect modern day, twenty-first century sustainable agriculture.”
Brown says updated programs will help meet the need of ag industry.
