Class III milk futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were down on profit taking, but only gave back a small part of Monday’s gains. November was $.03 lower at $15.95, December was down $.09 at $15.63, January was $.06 lower at $15.33, and February was down $.05 at $15.27.
Cash cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.7125. One load was sold at $1.71. The last unfilled bid was on one load at $1.7125.
