Soybeans were higher on commercial and technical buying. Forecasts this week are mixed, with rain in eastern parts of the Midwest delaying harvest activity, following some weekend delays in central and western portions of the region. The USDA reports 70% of soybeans are harvested, up 21% on the week, but still a little slower than normal, and 97% are dropping leaves, matching the five year average. Enough of the crop has been harvested for the USDA to end national condition ratings for the season.
