The President and CEO of Land O’ Lakes says more than technology is needed to feed the growing population.
Chris Policinski says consumer’s perception of the role of technology in food production must change.
“There’s an interesting thing in the U.S. and developed Europe that’s occurring, and that is there’s almost an anti-science mindset as it relates to food production,” he says. “We have to change that because it’s hurting everybody, but it’s hurting the most food insecure places the worst.”
