Soybeans were narrowly mixed. The trade continued to square up for Thursday’s USDA numbers, expecting a large, if not record, production estimate. The report is out at Noon Eastern/11 Central. China bought 264,000 tons of 2017/18 U.S. beans and unknown destinations purchased 132,000 tons. The overarching story for soybeans continues to be big crops against strong demand, especially from China. Soybean meal was lower and bean oil was higher on the adjustment of product spreads.
