The overall Missouri crop harvest has progressed despite rain in some areas over the past week. Corn maturity reached 97 percent, up 8 percentage points from last week. Corn harvested for grain was 53 percent complete, behind the 5-year average.
Soybean harvest was 22 percent complete. Soybeans coloring reached 90 percent, dropping leaves was up 15 percentage points from last week.
Missouri’s cotton harvest is one-fourth of the way done, ahead of average.
