There were 884 commercial vendors at this year’s World Dairy Expo event, with many of them marketing new technology for the farm such as machinery, management software and robotics.  Mark Greenwood with Compeer Financial says farmers come to lenders for help with these big-ticket items and he says they need to talk about the big picture.  “First of all, what is your financial snapshot today?  What does your balance sheet look like?  What do your earning streams look like?
