More than 90 percent of Minnesota farmers and landowners meet the requirements of the Buffer Law with implementation three weeks away.
Board of Water and Soil Resources executive director John Jaschke says only six percent of those impacted by the rule aren’t in compliance with the minimum 30-foot buffer and 50-foot average around all Minnesota public waters.
