Direct cash cattle trade is quiet with just a few bids in parts of Kansas and Nebraska. Asking prices remained poorly defined – but could make a move upward thanks to the board’s firming undertone. Look for asking prices around $110 to $112 in the South and $174 to $176 in the North. Bids have been reported at $106 live and $168 dressed.
