An already delayed harvest for some Minnesota farmers could be slowed even further because of wet conditions.
Chris Hill farms near Brewster in the southwest corner of the state, and says four inches of rain since Saturday has kept them out of the field.
“I don’t know when we’re going to get back (in the field). We’re going to have to have a lot of nice days like this afternoon where the sun is shining.”
Speaking to Brownfield Wednesday, he says they might be able to resume combining soybeans by the end of the week if fields are allowed to dry out.
