Class III milk futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were mixed, with the most active nearby contracts supported by spread trade and commercial demand. October was up $.10 at $16.43, November was $.08 higher at $16.28, December was up $.02 at $16.11, and January was $.03 higher at $15.77.
Cash cheese blocks were $.0025 lower at $1.725. Two loads were sold at $1.725. Barrels were unchanged at $1.69. The last uncovered offer was for one load at $1.70.
