Midday cash livestock markets

The cash cattle market is still very quiet at the midday but there are a few opening bids in parts of the South. Don’t expect to see much market definition surface until tomorrow or later. Asking prices will likely start around $110 plus in the South and $174 plus in the North. However, significant trade volume could easily be delayed until the latter part of the week.
Boxed beef is stronger at the midday on light to moderate box movement.
