The American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE) has concerns Big Oil is pulling some strings as the Trump Administration makes an about-face on the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS).
ACE executive vice president Brian Jennings says among the EPA’s latest proposed changes to the RFS are alterations to biofuel imports.
“EPA wants to consider discontinuing allowing imported volumes to count toward the RFS if they are a renewable fuel in nature.
