The USDA reports soybean export inspections for the week ending September 29th were more than what’s needed to remain ahead of the projected pace for the 2017/18 marketing year.
Wheat came out at 691,971 tons, up 190,165 from the week ending September 28th and 29,295 higher than the week ending September 29th, 2016. For the 2017/18 marketing year to date, wheat inspections are 9,921,386 tons, compared to 10,139,604 in 2016/17.
Corn was reported at 782,346 tons, 2,375 more than the previous week, but 702,930 less than this time last year.
