Soybean harvest is progressing for some Minnesota farmers, but remains a waiting game for others.
Bob Worth began combining beans earlier this week in southwest Minnesota and says he was one of the first in the area to plant this spring.
“There’s a few people trying it, but they’re having trouble finding beans that are fit. They’re going to the hills and spots that look ripe. But for us, we’re taking whole farms out.”
The Lake Benton farmer tells Brownfield yields have been ok, but not as consistently good as a year ago.
