A southwestern Indiana farmer says he completed harvest on early planted corn and will began harvesting replanted corn later this week.
Mark Seib says in the meantime they began harvesting soybeans and working the ground for planting wheat.
“We’ve been hearing yields have been pretty good all the way across the county on that corn,” he says. “We’re getting ready to go into our replant corn which we anticipate being a little bit wetter, so we will have to see how that goes.”

He tells Brownfield the warmer temperatures have helped the corn crop dry down faster.
