NAWG President Schemm: ‘Time to move’ on farm legislation

National Association of Wheat Growers President David Schemm had just visited wheat farmers in the Dakotas before arriving at the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois. During those stops, he discussed current drought conditions for wheat growers in those states. In an interview with Brownfield Ag News at the Farm Progress Show, Schemm, from Sharon Springs, Kansas, talked about the importance of crop insurance and other Farm Bill priorities.
