Farmland values have face downward pressure as net farm income continues to slide. While values aren’t changing significantly on the national level – that isn’t the whole story.
Overall US cropland values have declined less than 1 percent since their peak in 2015. But, Purdue ag economist David Widmar says there’s a lot of variation from state-to-state.
