The Chief Technology Officer of Monsanto tells Brownfield the number of reports of reported dicamba damage in Illinois is dwarfed by the success of the fields planted to Xtend soybeans. Dr. Rob Fraley stands by Monsanto’s conclusion that damage was caused mostly by inappropriate application or the older more volatile product, not the new product’s volatility.
