Class III milk futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were mostly higher on spread trade and short covering. September was down $.07 at $16.27, while October was up $.10 at $16.55, November was $.05 higher at $16.40, and December was up $.04 at $16.26.
Cash cheese blocks were $.0075 lower at $1.52. One load was sold at $1.52. The last unfilled bid was on one load at $1.45. The last uncovered offer was for one load at $1.52.
