Crop insurance, conservation, and an FMD vaccine bank came up often in the House Ag Committee Farm Bill hearing across from the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois. Heather Hampton+Nodle and her husband raise corn, soybeans, cattle and four children at their farm north of Decatur.
