WOTUS withdrawal comment period extended

The EPA has extended the deadline for farmers and ranchers to comment on its proposed withdrawal of its Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule, to September 27th. That’s a 30-day extension – comments were originally due by August 28th. Comments can be made directly through the EPA or through the American Farm Bureau website.
